Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cyber Risk Hub ("the Platform"), operated by DataTel ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

Cyber Risk Hub provides automated cybersecurity assessments, including Microsoft 365 security scans, domain security scoring, dark web exposure checks, and questionnaire-based compliance assessments. These tools are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for a comprehensive security audit by a qualified professional.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and running assessments.

M365 Scanner Permissions

When using the M365 Security Scanner, you grant us temporary, read-only access to your Microsoft 365 tenant through OAuth. We access only the data necessary to generate your security report. Access tokens are encrypted and discarded immediately after the scan completes. We do not modify any settings, users, or data in your tenant.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to scan domains or tenants you do not own or have authorization to assess
  • Attempt to access another user's data or account
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform
  • Resell or redistribute assessment results without written permission

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Assessment results are based on automated analysis and may not identify all security issues. DataTel is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on assessment results, security incidents that occur despite assessment findings, or any interruption or unavailability of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technology on the Platform are owned by DataTel. Assessment reports generated for your organization are licensed to you for internal use. You may share reports with your own stakeholders, insurers, and advisors.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion. You may delete your account and request data removal at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
